I am using a topical vitamin A serum – would you recommend Skin Vit A+ to add as internal skincare?

Skin Vit A+ is a great foundation supplement and would complement all the topical work of your topical product. The skin is a two-sided organ so by targeting the outside with topical, we are only addressing 50% of our skin. You can achieve 100% skincare by adding in a supplement like Skin Vit A+ which would feed from within with vitamin A and D.

Are doses of vitamin A above the NRV safe??

The amount in our Skin Vit A + supplement is regarded as safe. Two slices of calves liver contains 120,000ius, to put this in perspective our capsule contains 5000ius which falls within industry recommended upper safety limits while still being at a level suitable to support skin health.

Pregnant women, or women planning to become pregnant, should not take vitamin A except on the advice of their doctor or ante-natal clinic.

We offer FREE 1-2 WORKING DAYS delivery using DPD to anywhere in the UK on orders over £40 and when placed prior to 2pm Mon-Fri. Orders to remote parts of the UK, Ireland and overseas may take longer.

Shipping on orders under £40 to UK cost £3.95.

To make sure your products get to you in time, we send them recorded delivery via DHL Express, so someone will need to sign for them. Once your parcel has been dispatched we will email you with a tracking number so that you can check its status.
